REMNANTS is a post-apocalyptic thriller that focuses on the lives of a single family amidst the horror of a nuclear holocaust on American soil.
i found this web series while looking for another.. (why would you use a name already out there?) i just watched all 8 episodes looking 1/2 of the action/ suspense/ great story line teased in the trailer but instead suffered through poor acting, slow scenes, and poor direction – why have we arrived @ the 8th episode without any questions answered?? what is this web series supposed to be about?? from what i can see it was a great idea that fell flat.. i hope it gets better- it hurts to watch but it would hurt more to know that there is nothing better to come…
The reason that few (if any) answers are provided in the first 9 episodes it because the story is being told almost completely from Derek’s perspective. We’re not going to figure things out till he does. We’re not, at some point, going to know more than he does.
I’m sorry that not everything was up to your standards of entertainment, but we learned a lot as we created this web series and I can only promise that it’s only going to get better from here (though, I should add, I’m quite proud of what we were able to put together for this first season). And we must be doing something right if you were able to sit here for the last hour and watch all our episodes back-to-back.
